the AGM held at the Australian High Commission, New Delhi on 8th
March 2010.

IMPORTANT:
1. AAERI MEMBERSHIP IS only open to companies registered in
India or holding Indian Government permission to operate in
India.
2. Australian Education Providers can seek associate
memberships. Please email AAERI for more details. Associate
members have limited rights and the current fee for this
category is A$500.

TO BE SENT ALONG WITH NEW MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM
Entry
Norms for New Membership:
- The
New members would be required to show 2 years work history or
one year work record with the clearance of EATC test.
- The
membership applicant should be referred by two CRICOS listed
Institutions which are at least two of the following categories
(one each from two of the three): (1) University (2) Government
TAFE and (3) Private Diploma Provider.
- The
applicant will also required to produce a copy of Passport and
submit two photographs of the head of the organization.
- In
case of Private Ltd. Company the applicant has to submit
Certificate of Incorporation. Memorandum of the Association
disclosing the list of Promoters/Directors along with their
photographs.
- In
case of Proprietary firm a Registration Certificate from Local
Government Body will be desired.
- Declaration
from you on your letter head stating that you will abide by the
Code of Ethical Practices of the Association
- Recommendation
letter from 2 AAERI Members
- The
New membership applicant should furnish the details of bank
Certificate, authorized signatory and bank track record for the
previous one year.
- The
applicant is expected to authorized AAERI for integrity check by
third party and/or should undergo integrity check by third party
and provide positive report. (AAERI executive to intimate on the
vendor. World Check has been shortlisted and will cost $250 per
verification to be borne by the member).
- The
application for the membership should be through the regional
member along with market report or regional report by the
regional member.

for your Head Office
- Rs.
3500/- Demand Draft for your Each Branch Office
Note:
-
An
application lodged for AAERI’s membership should be cleared
within 8 weeks subject to the fulfillment of all other
conditions.

All
follow-ups should be only to the Head of New Application
Committee.
NOTE
FOR CURRENT MEMBERS SEEKING RENEWAL OF MEMBERSHIP:
It
is already an approved norms that AAERI members should get there
membership renewed automatically with waiting for the renewal notice
before 31st March every year. However if the same is not
renewed before 30th April, the membership will stand
cancelled and they will have to apply new membership as per AAERI
regulation.
The
following amendment was also approved at the AGM 2010 relating to
the renewal of membership for the current members.

The
current members are expected to take the test of EATC within a
period of 1 year from the date of issue of notification. At
least one of the staff members should be EATC certified.

The
existing members are also required to undergo third party
integrity check and submit the positive report within a period
of one year immediately starting from the next day of Extra
Ordinary General Meeting. (Vendor to be specified by the
Executive. World Check has been shortlisted and will cost $250
to be borne by the member per verification)

The
members are required to submit the positive report of third party integrity check after every
three years.
