DOCUMENTS TO BE SENT ALONG WITH NEW MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM

• One Year successful work record in business.
  An additional recommendation was introduced in October 2006 by the executive and  GENERAL BODY PASSED THIS UNANIMOUSLY
  Entry requirement for AAERI membership to exempt the 1 year track-record requirement if the applicant has cleared the EATC and is an accredited education agent
• Recommendation letter from CRICOS recognized Australian Institution
• Company’s Profile:
  If Private Ltd Company: Registration Certificate and Bank Account Details
  If Proprietary then Bank Account Statement
• In case Applicant is a Pvt. Ltd Company or a Public Limited Company, attach a certificate of incorporation &
  MOA - copy of Memorandum of Articles.
• Declaration from you on your letter head stating that you will abide by the Code of Ethical Practices of the Association
• Recommendation letter from 2 AAERI Members
• Rs. 10000/- Demand Draft in favor of “Association of Australian Education Representative in India” for your Head Office
• Rs. 3500/- Demand Draft for your Each Branch Office
• Latest and Valid Certificate of Representation Issued by at least one CRICOS registered Australian Education Provider.
• Regional Executive member to report on the applicants’ agency’s infrastructure.

• In case applicant is a Pvt Ltd Co. or a Public Ltd Co., attached a Certificate of Incorporation, & copy of Memorandum of Articles.

• Attach a Photo ID of proprietor / all partners / all Directors and Mg. Director with their signature duly certified on Bank's letterhead or Company letterhead with Bank Manger's Rubber stamp & name & designation of signatory with his mobile number.

Note: Executive Committee proposed that AAERI members should get there membership renewed automatically without waiting for the renewal notice before 31st March every year. However if the same is not renewed before 30th April, the membership will stand cancelled and they will have to apply for new membership as per AAERI regulation.
